Battlefield 4 is the game is a sequel to 2011's Battlefield 3 and the 13th installment in the Battlefield series. The battle rages on, utilizing the latest Frostbite Engine technology. Multiplayer has a new game mode "All Out War Vehicle Combat" and 3 playable factions: U.S., China and Russia, along with the return of the Commander Mode last seen in Battlefield 2142, which gives select players an RTS-like tactical map and the ability to give orders to teammates. Battlefield 4 features several improvements on its predecessor, new gameplay elements include dual-scoped weapons, target tagging. The game's heads-up display is comprised of two sections. The lower left-hand corner features a mini-map and compass for navigation, and a simplified objective notice above it; the lower right includes a compact ammo counter and health meter.
From the levelouted maps to commander mode to the new squad mechanics, Battlefield 4 is a top-to-bottom improved multiplayer experience over Battlefield 3. And Battlefield 3 was damn good, so thatâ€™s saying a lot.
